Rentals in South Maui
There are many vacation condos located on Maui.
We recommend those in South Maui because of their close location to
the best wedding beaches on the island. But if you would like to stay
somewhere else, be sure and ask us about available and prices of other
properties.
The following are just some of the properties we recommend
in South Maui. Even in this area, this is certainly not a complete list of condos available. If
there is a specific property that you are interested in, by all
means, please contact us. Starting from Maalaea Harbor and moving
south through Kihei, here are several excellent condo properties.
Island Sands
Resort
Every unit in this secluded property features
a private oceanfront lanai overlooking scenic Maalaea Bay. This
centrally located property has a pool and BBQs. Choose from one
or two-bedroom condos, all with air conditioning, cable TV, telephone,
washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen.
Units are: 1B/1B (670 sq. ft.) and
2B/2B (1010 sq. ft.)
Sugar Beach
Resort
Located right on the Sugar Beach (where
we have our offices), enjoy the spectacular views from this exceptional beachfront
location with is right on the sand. Wake up to the
gentle sound of waves breaking along five miles of white sand
beach perfect for recreation or beach strolls.
The spacious one and two-bedroom units
come with a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning,
cable television, telephone, private lanai and a washer/dryer.
On-site amenities include tennis courts, a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, putting green, BBQs, shops and an activity desk.
Units are 1B/1B (709 sq. ft.) and 2B/2B
(1518 sq. ft.)
Hale Kai
O Kihei
Hale Kai O Kihei offers spectacular unobstructed
ocean views from private lanais of each unit in this immaculately
maintained condo complex. Located right on the beach, this condo
complex includes full amenities which include pool, putting green,
horseshoes, shuffleboard, BBQs and laundry facilities. Beautifully
furnished one and two-bedroom units have telephone, cable TV,
air conditioning and fully equipped kitchens.
Units are: 1B/1B (616 sq. ft.), 2B/2B
(915 sq. ft.)
Hale Pau
Hana
Located ocean front at Kamaole Beach Park
II, these comfortable one bedroom condos feature daily maid service
and are fully equipped with a modern kitchen, telephone, cable
television and ceiling fan. This property also offers convenient
laundry facilities, BBQs, a swimming pool and a spectacular beachfront
setting.
Units are: 1B/1B Low rise unit (718
sq. ft.), 1B/2B high rise unit (826 sq. ft.)
Kihei Akahi
Ideally situated and moderately priced,
Kihei Akahi has studio, one and two-bedroom condos, each with
a private lanai, cable TV, telephone, washer/dryer, ceiling fans
(air conditioning available) and a fully equipped kitchen.
A tennis court, two pools and BBQs can
be found on the property's beautifully manicured grounds. The
property is right across the street from Kamaole Beach Park II
with restaurants and shopping just a few steps away.
Units are: Studio (480 sq. ft.), 1B/1B
(655 sq. ft.), 2B/2B (935 sq. ft.)
Hale Kamaole
These spacious condos are set in beautifully
landscaped grounds right across the street from Kamaole Beach
Park III. Large one bedroom and split-level two bedroom units
feature telephone, cable television, ceiling fans and air conditioning,
and fully equipped kitchens. Most units have washers and dryers.
Outdoors you'll find a tennis court, two swimming pools, BBQs
and on-site laundry facilities.
Units are: 1B/1B (880 sq. ft.), 2B/2B
(1215 sq. ft.)
Maui Kamaole
Luxury and privacy meet at Maui Kamaole,
which is located right across the street from Kamaole Beach III.
This modern condominium complex features tropical gardens, two
heated pools, two tennis courts, two Jacuzzis, BBQs and its own
activities and information desk.
Both one and two-bedroom units provide
many extras including two baths in all units (including the one
bedroom units), air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, telephone, washer/dryer,
and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious lanais offer spectacular
views.
Units are: 1B/2B (1061 sq. ft.), 2B/2B
(1279 sq. ft.)
Mana Kai
Maui Resort
The Mana Kai Maui is conveniently located
on a mile-long white sand beach in South Kihei. Choose from either
apartment or hotel accommodations. The apartments included one
and two-bedroom suites, complete with fully equipped kitchen
and private lanais.
Hotel type rooms are comfortable one-bedroom,
air-conditioned units with bath, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and
steps from the beach. All units have daily maid service, ceiling fans, cable TV, in-room safes, and telephones. You may book by
singe days.
Take advantage of the resort atmosphere
with special features including a heated pool, open air dining
with lounge at the Five Palms Restaurant, beauty shop, activities
center, apparel store and gift shop, and general store.
Units are: 1B/1B rooms (210 sq. ft.),
1B/1B condo (604 sq. ft.), 2B/2B condo (814 sq. ft.)
