Before you book our Maui wedding services, it means that you can check up on our record and see if we have had any problems with past clients; you can also see how we have handled any past conflicts. To do this, just click on the BBB logo further down on the left hand column of this page. The link will take you to their site and you'll be able to see our business track record for yourself.

 

After you book our Maui wedding services, our Better Business Bureau membership gives you the assurance that we bend over backwards to make our couples happy. We have a growing list of satisfied clients, and we want you to be on that list once your wedding is over. Again, that's very important to us. It's simply how we do business. And we have this powerful national organization stands behind us to say that we are a company of its word.

Maui Wedding Guarantee

 If you cancel up to 30 days before the ceremony -- for any reason at all -- we will refund your entire balance (less your $200 deposit). For cancellations made less 30 days before the wedding, charges incurred will be one half your balance plus amounts already paid out to vendors.  Cancellations with less than seven days are totally non-refundable.

 

Of course, we can do nothing about the non-refundable site fees which are imposed by many private and resort wedding sites. At the time you book a paid wedding site, we encourage you to ask what the site's policy is on refunds.

 

We will do our best to treat you right, knowing that most people enjoy doing business with people they like. The service we offer is as much a ministry to us as it is a business.

John and Susan Souter run Maui Me (R), Inc. (See Susan on the right). We  have been active in the wedding business on Maui for over eight years and have coordinated more than a 1300 weddings.
