Maui Wedding Packages Designed to Save Money on Your Maui Wedding

 

Maui Me (R) offers four different Maui Wedding Packages that will make your Maui wedding more affordable. Look them over and decide which package is best for you. Our couples often tell us that they are surprised by how much is in each of our packages and how low the prices are compared to our competitors.

NOTE: These Maui Packages were created for small wedding parties. If there will be more than 8 people participating in your Maui wedding, you will want refer to our Larger Wedding page (see link below). And then we would ask you also to plan your wedding from the Maui Wedding Services (ala carte) page.

The Maui Wedding Package #1 (the Aloha Package) includes a complete photo package (30 digital 4x6" photos presented to you in an album). This package also includes your choice of ceremonies presented by our non-denominational minister, two leis for a lei exchange during your ceremony, a sparkling apple cider toast (nicely presented on a table with a white lace table cloth), a full-color wedding certificate, witnesses, and full coordination of all the details. If you use this Maui wedding package you save $100 over what the items would cost when ordered separately.

 

The Maui Wedding Package #2 (the Mahalo Package) includes everything in the Maui Wedding Package #1, but it has upgraded photography, including 48 digital 4x6" photos and one enlargement, a bride's nosegay bouquet, a wedding cake with table, sparkling apple cider with two engraved wedding goblets (with your names on them and the words "Maui, Hawaii"), and brides in-room hair and make-up. With this Maui wedding package you save $200 over purchasing the same services individually.

 

The Maui Wedding Package #3 (the Ohana Package) adds to the Maui Wedding Package #2 with photography of 48 digital images, plus two enlargements, and an upgraded bride's medium cascading bouquet, as well as a solo Hawaiian musician, and our fully edited "B" video. This Maui wedding package saves you $300 if you order each service separately. Our Maui Wedding Package #4 (the Kula Package) is for couples who want the ultimate Maui wedding experience. Enhancements over Maui Wedding Package #3 include 60 digital photographs, three enlargements and special effects digital editing package, a bride's deluxe cascading bouquet, four hours of limousine to and from your wedding site, a Hawaiian musician, plus three DVD's of your wedding video, and dinner on the beach server by a Gourmet Chef. Wedding Vendor Travel Fees

The prices of our Maui Wedding Packages apply to weddings in South Maui, including Kihei, Makena, and Wailea as well as in West Maui, including Lahaina and Kapalua and North Maui (including Haiku). As a company, Maui Me (R) does not charge anything extra for having your Maui wedding in any of these areas. However, because Maui just happens to have the highest gas prices in the nation, our venders often do charge us an additional fee to service West Side and North Shore weddings. So if you are planning your wedding on the West side and we have vendors involved, there may be some extra travel fees.

Larger & Formal Maui Wedding Fees

Compared to other wedding companies, our Maui Wedding Packages are reasonably priced. But our wedding packages are designed for small to medium sized weddings. The prices and packages listed above are designed for couples who are coming with eight or fewer total people. If more people will be attending your wedding, there will be an extra fee. 

 

If your wedding will lean towards being more formal (or traditional), there will also be some extra fees. (Even with those extra fees, you'll find that we are still quite affordable). A  more formal wedding might include one or more of the following: having the bride be secluded, having bridesmaids, groomsmen, a ring bearer, flower girls, a processional and a recessional, and so on. Because formal weddings take more coordinating beforehand, more time at the wedding, and more labor than smaller weddings, there will inevitably be some extra fees. There are many features from which you can choose for your wedding. Maui Wedding Photography

Photography is one of the most important concerns for most couples. A wedding is over so quickly that its wise to savor those moments by recording them in excellent quality pictures. You will greatly enjoy your beautiful album full of wedding pictures which capture the romance of your special day for a lifetime.

 

If you skimp in other areas, we recommend not to cut back on photography. Even our least expensive discount package includes 24 photographs and an album. Maui Wedding Videos

Maui Wedding Videography (our "B" Video Package) comes standard in our Maui Wedding Package #3. Maui Wedding Package #4 comes standard with our "C" Video Package. These are great enhancements to the lower wedding packages.

 

Undoubtedly the best way to preserve the emotion of your wedding memories is through your own wedding video. Our videos are like nothing you've seen before. In most of our Maui wedding video productions, our editing includes long dissolves, slow motion, titles and your favorite romantic song to create a warm memorable video. Our couples rave over their videos. One couple watched "their song" twenty times the night they picked it up. Hawaiian Wedding Flowers

Flowers are close to a woman's heart. In each of our Maui Wedding Packages there are flower leis for a lei exchange. Starting from Maui Wedding Package #2, there is a Maui wedding bouquet. The bigger the Maui Wedding Package the larger and more extensive the flowers that the bride receives. You can read more about our Maui flowers here:

 

Music at Your Hawaiian Wedding

You should give thought to music at your Maui wedding. While it's certainly something you don't "need", music does enhance the experience. You'll never see a TV commercial without music because the media experts know music sets a powerful mood.

 

Music is a great way of making the whole wedding experience so much more romantic and that's why we have your choice of musicians in Maui Wedding Package #3 and two musicians in Maui Wedding Package #4. You can choose any type of musician that you prefer. We have musicians who play guitar, harp, violin, cello, accordion, saxophone, piano/organ, flute, oboe, bagpipes, etc. For more information, click here:

 

Maui Wedding Toast & Cake

Maui Wedding Package #2 is the first package to include a small cake. All of the larger Maui Wedding Packages also have cakes (you can increase the size of your Maui wedding cake if you desire). We use one of the best bakers on the island for your wedding cake. Our couples often rave over the taste of their cake because he was trained in France (Your choice of flavors).

 

All of our Maui Wedding Packages comes standard with a sparkling apple cider toast. From the Maui Wedding Package #2 on, our couples receive glasses with your names and the date of your Maui wedding engraved upon them. Your Maui wedding toast will enhance your photography, especially for sunset weddings. The cake and toast are presented for you on a table with an attractive white lacy table cloth to enhance the images of your Maui photography.

 

 

Hawaiian Wedding Attire

Many weddings on Maui are informal in the attire of the couple. But its not uncommon to have the groom wear a tuxedo and the bride to be in a traditional wedding dress with train on the beach. It's up to you. Wear what feels right for the two of you.

 

Tuxedos are available here on Maui, and we can put you in contact with the best vendor depending upon where you will be staying. Dresses are also available for rent on the island. If you are bringing a dress, you may want to send it ahead and have it pressed and waiting as it probably won't look good coming out of your suitcase. We can provide this service for you. Maui Bride's Hair & Make-up

Many of our brides prefer to have their hair and make-up done for them by a qualified beauty specialist. This is especially important on Maui where the wind will often blow longer hair into her face during Maui beach wedding ceremonies.

Maui Wedding Limos

Riding to and from your Maui wedding location in a stretch limousine can definitely add to that experience. Maui Wedding Package #4 includes three hours of limousine service. You want to savor this moment as you begin your new life together, and that is certainly much easier to do as your driver chauffeurs you to your Maui wedding location.
